Contact the Board

You may report complaints about accounting or auditing matters or other concerns to the Board of Directors or the Audit Committee as follows:

• Complaints relating to accounting or auditing matters will be referred to the Audit Committee.
• Complaints and concerns addressed to the Board of Directors will be referred to the Board of Directors.
• Other concerns will be forwarded to TIBCO Software's Legal Department for evaluation.
• You may report your concerns anonymously and confidentially. You are encouraged, however, to supply contact information with your submission to facilitate follow-up, clarification and assistance with any investigation, if necessary.
